Gustavo Magalhães (1988) is a Brazilian artist from São Paulo.
With over a decade of experience as an illustrator in the music and art scene, he has developed a unique and multidisciplinary style, characterized by a handcrafted touch, organic design, and expressive typography. His influences come from 90s alternative comics, tattoo art, and punk rock.
He is one of the founders of Miopia, a creative studio very influential in the independent music scene, collaborating with bands and brands worldwide. Over time, the studio evolved into the independent label and publishing house Miopia Press.
Additionally, he is the author of the series No Meio Fio and Gutidiano, published in the newsletter Antes Que Eu Me Arrependa.
He lives with his wife and dogs in Caçapava, a small town in the countryside of São Paulo, he divides his time between illustration and his band.
